Along with instruction, our IB-Learning team is readily available
to put together a complete learning program, designed to transfer
skills to your organization, in a timely, effective manner, with
the goal of enhancing your overall corporate performance. Our learning
solution model includes all phases of a learning engagement, but
is also modular to allow corporations and Government agencies to
use modules as plug-ins to make a well rounded education solution
that complements what already exists in house.
Module 1 consists of Analysis and Planning, which includes
skills inventory, skills gap analysis, competency mapping, objectives
and restrictions.
Module 2 is the development phase where a learning program
takes a physical form. IB-Learning programs are developed with time
and budget constraints in mind, as well as the types of skills that
need to be transferred, and the types of learners. Understanding
that people learn differently, and certain skills have more efficient
ways of getting transferred, our solutions include the use of your
internal documentation, professional mentoring services, instructor
led training, and e- learning alternatives.
Module 3 is the implementation phase where the learning
engagement begins. Each learning engagement is mapped to technology
objectives defined in Module 1, and is driven by project requirements.
Module 4 is the testing phase. The result of this phase
is a measurement of ROI, and/or performance enhancement. The specific
metrics are dictated by the objectives for the engagement defined
in Module 1.
