The fundamental objective of our IT Staffing Services
business is to provide our clients with qualified IT personnel on contract
basis at competitive rates. Being a bona fide consulting services organization
we differentiate ourselves in our staffing solutions from mere body shops
in a number of ways:
Unique sourcing model:
In most cases we have existing first-hand working relationship with
a candidate – 95% of them are “not off the street”.
We source over 70% of our placements from our extensive network of independent
consultants; individuals who have had prior successful working relationship
with IB. Another 20% are sourced through referrals, and the remaining
10% are sourced through one of our staffing partners.
Thorough interview for technical expertise (not just matching key words)
AND environmental fit:
We interview every candidate with whom we have no prior direct experience
before presenting to a client. A resident IB technical expert verifies
technical skills and expertise. The Manager of Client Services ensures
that the candidate is the right “fit” from a personality
and human dynamics standpoint and follows up on at least three references.
Competitive rates and volume discounts:
We are committed to providing competitive rates to ensure that our clients
maximize the return on their investment in our resources. In our various
standing agreements with our clients we typically include guaranteed
rate schedules, discounts based on length of contractual term and discounts
based on total billing volume.
Guaranteed Replacement Within Warranty Period:
Despite our best efforts in providing the right candidate, every once
in a while there will be a mismatch between the candidate’s skill-set
or personality and what is anticipated based on interviews and pre-screening.
We are prepared to replace any candidate within 2 weeks of their start
date at the lowest possible cost to our client.
If a mismatch becomes evident past the warranty period we will expend
every effort to provide an immediate replacement at minimum cost to the
client.
Formal customer service protocol:
We offer our standard client services protocol that we follow with all
our Consulting engagements. Statement of Works (SOW) and periodical progress
reports can and will be prepared upon request.
